:rolling: Definitely made me laughI smoked one recently as well. Burned well, tasted fine, FULL strength for sure.
Gotta say I can not stand the name or the band. I just don't see anything remotely Art Deco about this cigar, or any cigar for that matter, except the band. So to name cigar after a lame decorating theme just seems lame. Maybe thier next cigar will be the "Contemporary".
The same could be said of The Face... Only thing that has anything to do with Leatherface is the "band" being a piece of tobacco, and the box, but no one is griping about that. I personally love Art Deco design work though, and I appreciate the idea.I smoked one recently as well. Burned well, tasted fine, FULL strength for sure.

Not named for a decorating theme, it is named for a district of Miami, where the company that produces this cigar is named after.Gotta say I can not stand the name or the band. I understand that, just saying that the blend doesn't have anything to do with Leatherface or anything, just like the Art Deco blend is not somehow representative of Art Deco...i have to disagree. FACE is a continuing theme of monsters for Halloween. I saw the Art Deco at my local BnB and by the looks of it I thought it was a cheapie. Kudos for the employee to tell me otherwise about it... but still I don't see it as a cigar band that will draw attention from many. I personally like the San Cristobal and Aroma De Cuba labels these days but to each their own : )
The Art Deco district in Miami is named as such because it is a major representation of Art Deco architecture, art, industry, etc.Not named for a decorating theme, it is named for a district of Miami, where the company that produces this cigar is named after.
I guess that makes sense, but it does look like a cheapie, and it doe not smoke like a cheapie. Not named for a decorating theme, it is named for a district of Miami, where the company that produces this cigar is named after.
Yeah, regardless of what it looks like, I have heard nothing but good things about this smoke, and am anxious to try one. :razz:I guess that makes sense, but it does look like a cheapie, and it doe not smoke like a cheapie.
It is an awesome smoke. I am with SkinsFanLarry, one of my new favorite cigars. Can't wait for Nestor to get to Phoenix so we can chat about it some more. I will try to get some pics of us up smoking them together when the time comes.Yeah, regardless of what it looks like, I have heard nothing but good things about this smoke, and am anxious to try one.
They haven't been released officially yet. My local Nestor reps have stated it should be out to stores mid-November but we shall see. These things are harder to hunt down than the Face, at least for me anyways. I am digging the band quite a bit. It reminds me of a juke box. Anyways, a friend asked me about these and I can't seem to locate anything. Either way, I am looking forward to giving this a try when I get my hands on them!
