The lady friend and I went and saw "Love and Other Drugs" the other night. Pretty good flick. Worth the price of a ticket. Plus Anne Hathaway is naked in most of the movie so that alone makes it watchable.

My wife and I saw the first 2 seasons of Damages over the rainy / cold weekend.

With so much going on in this show, I cannot imagine viewing these from week to week. Much better to watch marathon style.

Top Gun. Funny how awesome this movie was 20 years ago, but now just seems like Brokeback Mountain with Jets. Between Maverick and Iceman's uncomfortably close encounters in the locker room and Goose's Porn-'stache, I thought for sure the director must have cut out a couple man-love scenes.

Saw The Expendables last night and loved it! If you're looking for deep character development and thought-provoking dialogue, this is NOT the movie for you. But, if you want to see gratuitous violence with large groups of people getting shot up, stabbed, beaten down, and in some cases exploding into tiny gooey bits, then The Expendables is right up your alley!

Matador, with Pierce Brosnan and Greg Kinnear is one of the funniest, most irreverent and original movies I have seen in quite some time.

Funny enough to take a bite, but serious enough to keep you eating.

PB was fricking EXCELLENT!

Trust me.......watch it immediately.

Agreed, this was a pleasant surprise. Thank God for independent films.

Watched Jonah Hex last night and it fit in perfectly with my recent viewing experiences. It sucked. Watched The Last Airbender yesterday and it was horrible as well which was a real disappointment for me since I'm a big fan of the Nickelodeon original series.

I thought The Last Airbender was entertaining. Not great, but entertaining. To be fair, I have never seen the cartoon, and have had absolutely no interest in ever doing so; so I really had nothing to compare the movie to. Maybe that helped.
