The revolution is a call-to-arms (so to speak) for cigar smokers to stand up and voice their dissent against the governments' unconstitutional taxing and regulation of tobacco and tobacco products.

It basically wants to do a "reverse embargo" but not just with Cubans, with all tobacco and cigars. They should be easily accessible, less costly, and there should be more (and better) places for smokers to enjoy them.

Oh and BTW, they're delicious cigars. Granted, I've only had one (the Paradigm, in a "Nub-style" 4 x 60 size) but it was delightful. I loved it.

Hey Brother Im a rep for 262 cigars here in the northeast so any questions you have Ill gladly answer them for you. Dan and Braden have done a great job here spreading the revolution, like Dan said check out the manifesto and our website. We are growing by the day and we are developing one hell of a following. Any and all support is always appreciated. 262's goal isnt just to produce great cigars but to inspire everyone to fight for their rights as cigar smokers.

That's the funny part. They sure hit the market with an EXPENSIVE price-tag. I might try the new one. The Paradigm didn't do much for me.

As far as I know they are the only shop currently in MA carrying 262, but that will be changing soon.

Thanks for giving the Paradigm a shot even if it wasnt for you. Try out the Ideology when you get a chance, I havent come accross a single person that hasnt at least enjoyed it if not absolutly loved it.

Thanks for the information, guys. It sounds quite intriguing.

It was actually an email I received from GCS that introduced me to this, but searching
"262 cigars" here yielded no results.

Both of our cigars certainly have some somewhat unique tobacco's used in the blend. From the mexican filler youll find in the ideology to the columbian tobacco and brazilian maduro wrapper on the Paradigm. The cigars have unique flavors without being too over the top. Ive had multiple people tell me the Paradigm has some of the strongest chocolate/cocoa notes theyve tasted in a cigar.

The revolution must be funded!

TravelingJ, if you dont mind me asking what state do you live in and how much did you pay? All 262's have an MSRP between $6-$8. So they certainly arent the cheapest cigars but they shouldnt be wallet busters either unless youre in NY like I am or any other taxation happy state. Here in NY they go for anywhere from around $10 all the way up to $15 because of the ridiculous 75% tax. There are not too many good cigars a consumer can buy in NY for under $10 these days it seems.

262 may not be a $2 brand, but for $5-$6 a stick, the Paradigm could quite honestly be one of the best I've had.

The 4SIXTY you had retails right around $5.50 a piece and our most expensive cigar the Ideology Churchill goes for around $7.50. No Paradigms are over $7 a piece. The 4SIXTY and Ideology Belicoso are both a steal in my eyes, the Belicoso is only $6. There are of course tax free prices though so the prices will vary from state to state.

In my oh-so-humble opinion, the 4SIXTY > anything I've had from Liga Privada, except the No. 9 Flying Pig.

Now thats just crazy talk:headroll:

Im only kidding, everyones pallete is different. One line I will fully admit that I enjoy more than the Paradigm is Liga Privadas. But its kind of an apples to oranges comparison since they are in very different price brackets.

262 will be getting my money next time I order cigars. But that may be a couple of weeks.

Wow. That's a big statement. I look forward to trying them.
