Hi,and this is in regards to a recent purchase i make,from,UTvols186. I bought a Liga 5 pack,last Sat.and he comes up with one excuse after another,that he can't ship them ,untill this Wed. I asked him for a refund. The BOTL website,said to do that and give him a Netural rating. Plz.let me know if that is the right think to do. Ken womack,Austin,tx.
