Cedar T&G flooring. I left a 1" space between the flooring and walls to allow for air flow under the floor.
Nailing down T&G flooring with 2.5" 15ga galvanized trim nails.

A good mitre saw is an absolute necessity. This DeWalt is not the best but accurate enough for most cuts
