Well tonight I cooked swordfish, chicken and mango sausages, baked potato and salad. Figured it might be time to open a bottle of this stuff up. Popped the cork, tasted it and baammmmmmmm!!! OMG, this stuff is awesome.

Hints of raspberry, black currant, cherry, pepper and a dynamic, dry finish. This wine is a must taste. If you are ever in California, make time to head to Paso Robles, as they have some great wineries.

Needless to say, momma and I are finishing the bottle. The opening a bottle of the Tobin James Liguid Love... Its a great little zinfadel port type of wine.

Just a note, momma says the food was pretty awesome too!!

Nice review!

Paso Robles has some great wineries and is really a beautiful area. A much more relaxed pace vs Napa. My wife and I drove right next to Opolo when visiting Tablas Creek and the Pasolivo Ranch last year. I hope to get down there again sometime soon for more tasting.

Let me know. Momma and I are talking about heading up there in the next month or so. Would be cool to meet up...
