OK, so I've been hearing amazing things about the 06 898s. I've never had an 898 myself, but it sounds like a cigar I would enjoy. Plus, I love the reg production Partagas line. What have ya'll heard?

I know a couple of you have said they're pretty good, but I have heard some say they have the potential to be one of the best with age. I'm sure that's pushing it a bit, but none-the-less I'd like to try em.

I've heard that they are really good as well.

While I have yet to smoke a Partaga that I don't like. The 898V & the SdC line are my favorites.

The varnish is one awesome cigar. Definitely has legendary potential. Have not tried the standard.

Two different cigars, the Varnished is a Dalias and the unvarnished is a Coronas Grandes. The 898V typical partagas pepper and will age very nicely.
The UV is not as complex nor IMO will it age as well.

The varnished is good and I had the chance to have one with age on it. Fantastic cigar.

I think you had a 5'er somewhere, yea that's it :pokemyeye

The varnished a great cigars with 2-3 years on them. They can be bitter and very "in your face" at a young age.
