One year ago tomorrow one of the strongest women I have ever known had surgery to remove breast cancer. My Mom is a wonder woman and fought cancer with a smile on her face and determination to kick its a$$. Well I am happy to say that she is cancer free at the one year anniversary. Just wanted to share with some of my friends. Thanks for listening and tomorrow night I will smoke a good one in honor of all the women who have beat cancer and to those who were taken by it. I have many friends who fall in both categories and just thought it appropriate to burn a special cigar in their honor.

Thanks guys! Larry, hate to hear your wife has gone through that but glad to hear she is still with you. Sounds like she is a very strong woman. I am lighting up a little after 9:00 pm central. Got to get the little crumb snatchers down to bed.

That is fantastic to hear, God Bless her and your family. I will be participating in your suggestion as I lost my mom to breast cancer in 2004.

A great occasion for a celebratory smoke. Breast cancer is a scary thing, my wife recently found out that her step-mother has been diagnosed with it. Hope they have caught it early. Best wishes to you mother for being cancer free this time next year.
