While it is painfully obvious there SHOUL D be a gun on his hip, they are in breach of contract. Those artists took $250K or a portion of, in commission, for a specific sculpture WITHOUT the gun on it.
Maybe the community should come together and state they want the gun, otherwise the 2 artists are going to be paying back a good chunk of change

Now, that's a shame. While David is correct, the artist should not have added the gun to the sculpture if it was in the contract. Why the Fort Worth Art Commission would not want to be historically accurate is mind-boggling. Damn, liberals. :)
