Saw this news article this morning. Liam Neeson thinks that if they do an A-Team movie sequel they should give up cigars and wear nicotine patches.

<sigh> What's the world coming to when your good ol' ex-con mercenary heroes can't enjoy a great cigar???

Well I guess I can understand Liams point but if an actor cant properly portray the roll they are supposed to be playing, then somebody else should simply have the part.

There are plenty of alternatives. There are non-tobacco props used all the time. Not rubber cigars, but for instance... in the X-Files, the Cigarette smoking man never once smoked a real cigarette. He smoked these herbal products that burn like real cigarettes, but have none of the effects.
