I had a little trouble trying to determine where best to put this question and finally decided here...a number of other cigar boards feature a NST as a way for new members to begin trading and become eligible for passes and such...seeing as you don't have a NST system set up here, how does someone that's new begin? I've been mostly been reading the board for a while (made a few posts), but never really saw or could find anything specific to this...thanks...
