I currently have Verizon Navigator on my cell phone. It's been quite handy on my local coffee deliveries when I'm heading somewhere for the first time. I've been thinking that maybe I need to just go ahead and get an actual GPS unit and mount it in the car but I'm not sure if there are enough advantages over what I already have.
Navigator costs me $10 a month. It looks like some of the GPS units from Garmin will cost $200-$300.
Any opinions on whether it's worth switching over?

I've never used what you have but my tomtom is awesome and their is no cost after initial purchase to use it. Some tomtoms even come with options like phone numbers to local restaurants.
