Welcome to Utah, sorry about that... prepare for culture shock.
Besides a couple of bars that have outdoor areas for smokers, there's only one place that I know of in the entire state that remotely qualifies as a cigar lounge; Beehive cigars. They have a heated/cooled shack out back where you can sample their product. Great place, I recommend it. But they are in a class to themselves regarding cigars in this state. There and the Tinderbox are the only places I know of with humidors of any consequence, but I buy my sticks on line so there may be others. I do most of my smoking in the parking lot at work or my garage (when the wife is gone). Tough to be an adult here baby.
You said you 'may' be moving, what's the deciding factor?
Not to be a total downer, if you ski, fish, hunt, camp, hike, climb, motorcycle or just generally like the outdoors, this is the place to be.
