Hi all,
Awhile ago I found a guy on Craigslist getting rid of his collection and among the usual suspects were some that I hadn't heard of. The first set of pictures is a lacquered show humidor with about 15/25 churchills. ST Dupont out of Paris presumably. The other two are Match Play and Casa Martin, of which the CM has some extensive yellowing. My assumption is that the last two are more budget sticks but the ST Duponts I've gotten curious about. Anyone hear of these? Thanks in advance!

Peter

Dupont has always made very nice cigar tools so it was natural to roll out a cigar with their name on it.. This cigar was very popular in Europe but did not catch on in the US.
A very nice looking churchill but a mild bland cigar with an unknown filler and a Cameroon binder. I had a box as my wife's jewelry company wanted to show off Dupont lighters with the cigars near them. I think JR was wholesaling them off. I smoked em but pretty mild for my taste

Match Play is a Thompson cigar. Nuff said

Casa Martin is unknown to me.

Hey thanks for the info! I did manage to find an old listing for them on JR's site but it it didn't give to much background. Thanks again.
