Anyone using prepaid cellular?

So my Verizon contract has ended (for both my wife and I), so I'm thinking of going to a prepaid type of service - rather than pay for lots of minutes we never use. We only use the phones for calls - no texting, GPS, internet access, etc.

Anyone have any experience or preferences?

verizon has one for like 20, and you only pay when you use it.

I keep a cheap tracfone in my truck in case something happens to my blackberry...

At&t now has an ulimited prepaid for 60 a month.

I manage a bunch of trainers for their retention department and they are griping about how they can't prevent cancellation for customers going to a prepaid plan that is actually cheaper than their regular offerings.

I bought a Net 10 pay as you go phone. $20 for a nokia and it's service is good for 2 months and I get 200 minutes. After that you have to pay 10 cents a minute.
