APO/FPO Shipping ?

I have the large flat rate box, the damn customs form and all the goodies ready to be mailed to Anthony (ThankfulJoe)....anything else I need to know or do prior to mailing this baby?

I know I gotta get it mailed by 12/4 to ensure delivery by Christmas.
