So who's tried the new Cromagnon Aquitaine and what do you think? I'm curious how they compare to the regular (Broadleaf-wrapped) Cromagnon and which sizes seem best.

A lot of my friends are saying great things about these sticks. I am positive that Skip just shipped Podman his first or second order.

I respect what Skip and Mike are doing in Nicaragua.

THanks JD. Yea, I LOVE the original Cromagnon line. So darn good. Very interested to try this Habano version to see how it compares.

I thought it was very good. Stronger than the regular line and more bite. I am a broadleaf fan, so I prefer the regular line.

I had the Knuckledragger while I was in Chicago. It was a amazing smoke. I want to try some more but I will have to wait until I get some extra cash. I may have to do a box split with our cigar club.

The knuckle dagger has become my go to. Love both the Cromag (got my first one from SBB) and the Aquitanes are equally as good! The choice is more like entree or dessert. Keep singles in my desktop and a backup box of each in the cab. If you don't want to get hooked, don't try it cause if you do, you will. I keep hinting at Skip to make some in the petito size which makes a great shorter smoke. Oh and if you get to try the lancero, Ridiculous!! G1

Picked some of the Cro-Magnon and Aquitaine up after being gifted one by a BOTL. Both are awesome, and the Anthropology (corona gorda?) is my favorite vitola so far.

Podman just sent me a fiver of Acquitaine Anthropology, and I loved it. I had an Acquitaine in a different vitola a while back and hated it. Go figure... I'll buy more Anthro, no doubt :)
