Are all Drew Estates cigars weird flavoured or sweetened?

I am not a fan of flavoured cigars, and I really find the Acid cigars objectionable. I saw a Drew Estates cigar that wasn't an Acid in a store a few years ago, and thought I'd give it a try, and it was sugary. Yech!

Are all their cigars weird or sweet? If so, I am not a fan.

No. Liga Privada 9's and T52's are some of the best cigars around and they aren't sweetened!

Ha, they are the only ones to check out right now, the #9, T52, #9 flying pigs, and the dirty rats (preproduction bundles, if you can get a brother to share). I love the T52 the most as the FP is a bit stubby for me :widemouth

As others mentioned the Ligas are great smokes. Drew Estate also makes the La Vieja Habana, which is a decent cigar, and they distribute the Joya de Nicaragua which is another great cigar. Keep an eye out for the Illusione Nosotros (should be later this month) as it is made by Drew Estate, I had a sample from IPCPR and it's another great stick.

A good mild to medium smoke is the Chateau Real (by Drew Estates), it comes in a Nattie and Maddie wrapper.

No they are not all flavored, but they are known for their flavored sticks more than the non flavored ones. If you have smoked an Acid Blondie.. NEVER tell anyone on this forum

The Liga 9's are pretty damn good!! I like em quite a bit.
T52s are nice as well... but right now my taste buds point me towards the 9's

I agree with Larry here,

The Chateau Real is a nice change of pace smoke for me. It's much more mild than I usually like, but I always like to keep a couple of these on hand.

Haven't had a chance to smoke any flying pigs, dirty rats, or T52's but hope to find some soon.

I feel as if my cigar shop is really behind...the newest thing they've had in a while was the RP TAA edition...no tats, no Illusione, no nothing!

--All Drew Eastates cigars are hand-made (Even the infused lines, i.e. ACID, Java, Tabac Especial, CI Legends Copper).

--The "Naturals" line is not infused, though a few of them have slightly sweetened tips (which is very easily washed off, and worth it as some of the Naturals are really great cigars which use some pipe tobacco).

--The cheap La Vieja Havana line is a standard mixed-filler cigar

--The Chateau Real line is a standard long-filler cigar (and pretty good)

--The Liga Privada line is a super-premium cigar line which everyone who likes cigars should try. Currently in this line: No. 9, T-52, Dirty Rat (not yet in production).

--Joya de Nicaragua is not made by Drew Estates, but DE are the US distributors of those cigars
