Hey guys,

I recently have been working in Canada, Newfoundland to be exact, and have met a lot of great people here. My friends and I got into smoking cigars and have enjoyed some of the finer ones, courtesy of internet shipping thankfully. Actually it started when my friend traveled to Cuba with another fellow and returned with quite the stash of Cubans. They brought back as much as they could and have now gotten me into the habit. I am heading back home at the end of the month, and as much as it pains me to leave me 'newfound' cigar buddies, at least I can get a nice selection from a local B&M.

My recent favorites:
Oliva Serie V, O, and G
RP Decade
RP OWR Maduro - most recent favorite
Padron 2000, 3000 Maduro
Arturo Fuente Hemmingway Short Story

My friend also has a My Father Le Bijou for our last smoke together that I am dying to have.

Any suggestions to try along the same lines would be great. I don't care for a peppery or spicy smoke, but anything else is pretty much fair game.

Hello and welcome to the insanity!!
Not to dampin the last smoke there but a Pepin cigar is Peppery and so is the My Fathers!
Yeah, we have had a few of the Peppins and most are peppery, but for the last one I won't really care. Plus the weather has been pretty sour lately so we may have to knock a few cigars that night.

On another note, we have enjoyed a number of fine rums while we have been smoking. Havana Club, Matusalem, Flor de Cana, and some cheaper ones as well.
