This stomach virus I have picked up is whipping my ass.
Spent one day in the bathroom and the next day about 50% there.
And now I have some kind of respatory problem to boot.

Outbreaks of norovirus have been mentioned on the news several times in the last two months. I'm sure this is probably what you have. The symptoms supposedly last only a few days, so hopefully the worst is over for you.

I picked up some nasty bug/food poisoning on Friday. Stomach hurt like a mofo. Spent all night talking to the porcelain god out of both ends. I drank water to rehydrate and expelled it too. Most of the stomach pain went away yesterday but my legs were cramped all day. Had my first meal last night, legs and stomach feel fine but today my head and neck (especially) are killing me.
