Wow what a powerhouse, paired with some Kenya AA and this quiet Sunday morning is starting great.
IT starts with typical Boli earth and leather and adds a spicy pepper kick in the first inch. The first third end with a tongue tingling pepery spice.
The second third smooths out with coffee and a salty taste. It has an almost herbal flavor as I enter............
The final third, coffee and dark chocolate are prominate and the pepper has smoothed out to an almost creamy thick smoke. As I try to nub it the spice is on the tongue and a cocoa undertone lingers on the finish.
Full flavored. full bodied and a solid Bolivar, damn glad I've got a few more. Hopefully this bliss will carry over as I go to my F-I-L's for the final Christmas gathering, doubtful though.
