What does everyone eat when ya choose all you can eat? Do you let them shove the bread, corn, salad, carrots, etc down ya or do you shovel in as many bits of expensive food as you can and screw the filler?

I'll usually eat a bite or two of salad but then fill up the rest with fish (seems like all I ever go out for all you can eat is fish) :smokingbo

I skip out on vegetables and fruit in my diet completely. I prefer meats and pastas almost exclusively when I can. Pizza makes up a great portion of my diet. So when I go to all you can eats I usually go for those items first. Chinese all you can eats are good too...in that case I fill up on some Crab Rangoon.

Yummy.

Thanks, now I'm hungry and I just got back from the gym. Looks like I'll be replenishing the 500 calories I just burned.

I quit going to "all you can eat" buffet style places. Somehow I used to find a hair in my food everytime I ate at one. So I had enough of it...

Indian is usually very spicy. My neighbor makes it and its very good. Different, but good.

I think the last time I was at an all you can eat buffett was in High School when the football team went to one. The managers face dropped when she saw us

I eat a very varied diet, keep things interesting.

I usually just slide my rolling chair right up to the meat section and sit there until it's all gone...no sense walking back and forth to the table!
