What is your opinion on Favre Wade?

I have a client who grew up in Wis. and he is a die hard Packers fan. The guy has pissed away 10's of thousands of dollars on tickets and memorabilia (lives in CA now). Has 10 signed Favre helmets. One of them is a NFC championship helmet...a wealthy guy He still luvs Favre. What do you think?

I'm a Packer fan, I'm also a Favre fan. Do I like what he did going to the Vikings, obviously not. I understand it's a business, but there's some lines you don't cross, and if you spent 16 years as the face of the Packers, that line is the Mississippi River. There will be a day to honor Brett in Green Bay, his number will be retired, he'll be placed in the ring of fame, both things that he's earned and deserves. But not now, currently he's the enemy, honestly, it wouldn't bother me one bit if he got sacked tomorrow and broke both his legs. :eyebrow:

Getting the paint with #4 was like gettting a chix name tattooed on your peck...shame it had to happen.
LOL @ Rob! I'd agree in most cases with most teams, hell, in Brendts tenure here, the Bears went through like 18 QB's. Either way, Farve is a legend in Green Bay and the NFL...(the "Judas" is vinyl lettering.)

For once, I have to agree with you Wade. I think the guy has pissed on everybody over the past two years. IMO, he should have retired and shown some respect.

Yeah...I'm sure this isn't anything new for the NFL fans but it's probably the hardest one to deal with. Favre IS the face of the Packers no matter what colors he's wearing as far as I'm concerned.

I just think it's just like Jerry Rice did flopping all over the NFL trying to get field time but at least the old man can still throw the ball...not like Montana or Unitas towards the end of their careers.
