First and foremost a knowledgable and friendly staff. Secondly, a clean, well maintained and organized humidor and common shop area. Third, a good selection of brands, sizes and varieties of cigars. Lastly, a comfortable and inviting place to smoke and kibitz. A bonus would be alcohol served on site, or BYO.

Big seating! One of the lounges near me, all the seats are kinda on the small side and i dont fit too well being 7 feet tall
