We got this support request today from a recently new customer located in poland. He has a hard time communicating what he needs, even before the servers were ordered we noticed this. The best part is the ending.

I am without words.

I don’t know what to say.

I have a website that I cannot use and nobody can help me.

What am I to do?

Is there anybody out there who can fix it so that I can upload images to my website without destroying it?

Help!

I have already explained the best I can what is the problem and each new person coming to work on his shift instead reading the messages posted above in the ticket is asking me the same questions over and over.

In the mean time times is running I have to answer countless complaints from my customers upset (furious) that I’m ignoring them by not posting their listings on the website.

Two days have passed and we are not any closer to the solution that we ware when we started.

I simply don’t know what to do anymore.

There is nothing that I can tell you that will fix this problem. If I new the solution I would do it myself. I’m just a layman seeking professional help.

My website is like a bottle of wine without a corkscrew, like a electric toy without batteries.

Good for nothing.

Help please!!!

One of the support guys already gave him a lecture on how he doesn't give us enough information and only replies to certain posts. He also keeps creating a new ticket for the same issue which someone still hadn't gotten information from him in that one!
