Best wrapper in the biz

After smoking 1 MUWAT and quickly writing it off...i came back around to try another one yesterday after about a half a year.

This just reinforced, to myself, the idea that not only does ones pallet definitely change over time, but to ALWAYS give a cigar at least 2 chances.

I literally went from almost having a bad time smoking the first one, to yesterday, it was the greatest thing ever rolled on God's green earth.

Anyway, I'm getting off-track...

As I sat there and admired the wrapper, the sheen on the wrapper, the ash, I thought to myself, does anyone else produce a wrapper as beautiful as DE?

...and that wasn't rhetorical, I'm asking if you think someone else makes better looking/tasting/assembled wrappers. It is after all one of the first things at least I notice besides the band.

The filler and the rest of the actual important stuff comes later.

I have found La Flor Dominicana to have some of the best looking wrappers on the market and some of the oiliest ones as well.

I love the Oliva Master Blend 3 wrappers. They have this kinda gritty texture that I love about them.

IMO, connecticut broadleaf wrappers are my favorite. Both Fuente and Tatuaje are the best of the best with this wrapper. just my .02

as far as looks go, the davidoff colorado claro are always beautiful. When it comes to flavor I love broadleaf wrappers

I really like the wrapper on the Tat brown label Lancero and on the current TAA 2013. Also the wrapper on the 7-20-4 that I recently hadwas nice but I have not bought a box of them to actually compare. They may be my first box purchase.

While there are several examples of specific wrappers that are down right sexy, I would have to say that Mr Pepin Garcia as a whole produces most the wrappers that make me all :drool:.
