Bibit?

Has anyone had a credit card problem with Bibit Internet Payments before? I just had my American Express Fraud Dept call and email me today letting me know about a charge and wanted confirmation that I made it. It was a charge for 89.40 Euros but I don't know what it was for... Bibit is like PlayPal in Europe.

Anyways, I have made transactions before that I didn't remember making, but I'm certain this was fraudulent and I was wondering if you guys have had the same problem? Pisses me off not having a clue how someone got my card info. In the last month, I only made one unusual purchase and it was from a very reputable cigar company overseas in the Pacific.

And no, I didn't use this card on Shnoop...

I had my number swiped buying from a trusted vendor in Europe. Same deal as you. No way the vendor was involved. That was the only transaction on that card at the time. I caught it myself, alerted the card company. They did nothing. A week later $25oo in charges appeared. I alerted the cc company and they took care of it. This time they closed the card and issued me a new one.
Somehow someone is intercepting the transactions somewhere along the way.
Btw that was probably a year ago, if not longer. And I don't use Bibet, or **.
