So by now most of you know that a few of us met Pete last week. In the thread I posted that something happend to me that Friday and I would share it today.
Here is the story:
Thursday morning I was woke up by my cell phone ringing. Normally I would have let it go to voicemail but I was stoked and ready to get up anyway.
On the other end was one of the cigar retailers that I had spoken with eairlier in the week regarding the Drac and Boris. Well he tells me that "another employee opened the Dracs and all he had was Boris", cool, I can pass those along I thought...
We began to talk about this and that, our children, etc, making good conversation for a follow up sales call...
During the call he asked if I was a fan of Pete Johnson's stuff. I said well, yea....His response: "You know, I like to collect anything that is LE. I happen to have this box in the humidor that has a ceramic jar in it and it has a bundle of sticks from last year. I'll sell it to you if you want it"...
WOW, what a way to wake up....talk about a needle in a haystack and I was not even looking for it..
Well, it arrived today and here is pics of the damage....I though I was never going to have a chance at one of these.....
