Someone on another forum that isn't as active as this one saw my location and asked if our local brewery was any good. Got me to thinking I'd like to ship him a sampler of some cigars I like as well as my favorite beers. How should I do it?

I figured cans would be safest obviously, but the real rub is keeping them from rolling over and crushing my sticks. Don't really want to invest in a bunch of herfadors for bombing as that will get expensive quick. Thoughts?

As mentioned above, cigars in smaller box for protection. I wrap each individual can or bottle in bubble wrap and have a protective buffer layer of newspaper bewteen the cans/bottles and the sides of the box.

I was a cigarpass veteran in 2003. Started there upon my return to the rabbit hole, but it doesn't seem to be as vibrant as it once was. So if anything I'm cheating on them with y'all!

put the beer in some kind of ziplock bag and then wrap in bubble wrap. That way the liquid may be contained in the event that the unfortunate happens. Most carriers will throw a soggy box away.

Its also illegal to send alcohol through some carriers...

Last time I bombed beer, the USPS turned the Tasmanian devil loose on the package. It was an ugly sight.

Never underestimate the destructive ability of shipping agencies. Pack well.
