Just wanted to post up some pix of tonights dinner. Got a new gas grill ( thanks for the grill info Cigartxan) with a rotissery unit and after trying a whole chicken a day or so ago and not messing that up I went with a 2 bone prime rib roast tonight to celebrate my last day of teaching before the summer break. These turned out better than ANY PR I have ever had anywhere.

Dinner included:
2 bone prime rib rack
2 potatoes also cooked on the spit
1 Texas 1015 Onion
2 Corn on the Cobs
1 1998 Punch Punch Cigar and a few Skinny Dip Beers ;p)

Thanks of rthe kind words yall. I was a little bit worried that I would burn it or something but with this grill and the IR back burner as well as the rotissery it is pretty much set and forget :0) All I did was season the meat. Put it and the potatos on the spit and light the IR burner....then pulled it after 75 min.

After much online research and asking ?'s on the many BBQ/Grill Boards I decided on the BBQGalores's 38"Grand Turbo. This sucker is ALL 304 grade stainless Steel, even the burners. And you can tell because it weighs over 300 lbs lol! Looked at Ducane, Lynks, Viking...but for the money and features the GT was the best buy hands down, didn't want to pay extra for a name or badge ya know.
