Anyone else had a Boris 11 cigar before? I believe it is made for Corona Cigar. I was in my local Corona store picking up some new sticks, and among them was a recommendation from my brother in law for a AVO classic. The clerk in the store that was helping said if I like the AVO I would love the Boris 11. Even though I had never tried an AVO classic I bought both. I had the AVO last night and wasn't really that impressed. It was a good cigar, but I probably wouldn't have bought it again. I decided to have the Boris this morning so I could compare. Man what a difference. That was an awesome smoke. I had the Connecticut perfecto and will definitely buy more. Very smooth smoke. The Boris was a couple bucks more than the AVO, but worth it. Give one a try if you get a chance. I think we have a couple Corona Cigar employees here, so maybe they can give some more insight into this cigar.

Thats not exactly true. If someone wants a good mild smoke with a Connecticut wrapper... The boris 11 is a great choice. Do I smoke it? Absolutely not. It's not my taste in cigars... But it is a good quality cigar. We don't push "our cigars" anymore than any other cigar.
With that being said I'm glad you liked the smoke man! Hope the service was just as good. Come by and give me and jowee "Joey" a shout next time your in!
Jeff, the owner, isn't related to avo at all. Just a really good friend of his through the industry.

We need some herfage
The Heathrow store is the one I go to. Is that where you work? Smokes that mild usually aren't my choice either, but it really hit the spot Sunday morning. So I will keep a few on hand for my morning cigars. Service was good, very helpful when I couldn't find what I was looking for. Who should I ask for at the Heathrow store? I am usually up there a couple times a month.
