you would know what you are looking at before you bought it. I would think for that kind of money, you would only do that transaction in person. If you are paying 25k for cigar pay another 1,000 for an authority on the subject to verify it.

Sarcasm aside, something is phishy about that being listed on craigs list. If you had something that valuable (you have to come from money to afford the trip to the 155th partagas festival and bid successfully on this item only to let it sit and age for 10 years) you'd think the person(s) involved in selling this would have enough intelligence to auction it off professionally.
