I have seen these icons below peoples names...what do they mean?

The tag represent people that have donated towards the maintenance costs and upgrades of BOTL.org.

Those people made donations to this site. Contact Dwavs or Vipe for information. They then apply the Donor icons.

I am in charge of collecting donations and then I just write Eric a check every couple of months as it accumulates.
