Ray, I was thinking the same thing. The rest of the code fits the early 1999 series. The EEO portion is for the Juan Cano Sainz, formerly Por Larrañaga, factory, for the first part of the 1999 time frame.could it be CCUN?

I have smoked some mighty fine cigars from '99, but I have also seen a few QC issues. My personal experience has been that the smaller ring gauges can have draw problems a bit more frequently. I mostly agree with Jason that the QC issues are overblown. The good news is that because of the QC paranoia there are a lot of '98 - 2000 smokes available. . .:smokingboCould be good, could not, but you won't know until you crack the box. 99 has been known to have some construction issues, but then again, I've also heard that such worries were overblown.
