Any box recommendations? I'be been slowly trying out new cc's, had a few good chances and have been trying to stay moderately priced buys thus far - partagas millefleurs, a box of 10 psd4s, 10 montecristo petit edmundos, and por laranaga pantanellas - keeping it small and cheap.

I'm looking to expand my horizons, what are your favorite staple cc's to buy by the box? Looking to place an order in the next week, thx for your suggestions...

Don't think this will help you, but my next box will be Bolivar Petit Coronas. I have been smoking a lot of smaller cigars lately because of my kids. I don't smoke in front of them yet so usually when I light up it's later and I don't want something that will take 2 hours. They are under 150 for a box. But I haven't had any Bolivars and I want to try them.

Dude. The list is too long. For cheaper daily smokes, I'd go with a few from this list:
RASS
RASCC
Monte 4
Partagas Short
PLPC
HUHC
Trinidad Reyes
Juan Lopez no 2

Can't go wrong with any of the above if you are buying from a reputable vendor.

Are in the top everyday good price sticks for me now. Think I'm done with most NC. CC stuff is smoking great and the prices are about the same anyway.

That's like asking "what piece of art should I buy" or "what watch should I buy next"?

There are a LOT of variables that go into buying a box - price, palate, availability, etc.

What are you looking for? Short/long? Large/small? Strong/mild?

Yeah you just got to jump in to know what marcas you prefer. People can't tell you what's good, you have to figure it out for yourself. Start by buying some PC's in the different marcas to get a feel for what that marca tastes like. Maybe do some box splits with friends so you can all get 5ers of a few boxes. Find a vendor that will sell singles if you don't have the money to drop on boxes. The good thing with CC's though is if you don't like something, odds are pretty good that you can always sell the remaining ones to get your money back.

Adam, I am thankful for the sampling I get to experience each time I make it up there... I'll probably be there next week given scheduled meetings.
