I agree with you Jason. However, we all have certain items that could be considered risky.

The fact that the field test was wrong is totally unacceptable. Three weeks to find that out? No bond? Imagine this was you...

Looks like someone tampered with the results to get an arrest. Can't believe it took them 3 weeks to test it. I'd sue too...But then again I'm not sure I've have flour in a condom as a stress reliever :scratchhe

No I wasn't saying it was acceptable by any means. . . especially in a major metropolitan area. . . it's not like it was rural west Texas where it really may have taken two weeks for a lab test. And yeah. . . no bond? effed up!
