Reading a CA book I got for Christmas and just read reviews of Buaza cigars out of the DR and made by the Fuentes. They're highly rated and prices super cheap. Has anyone tried these? I want to.
back in the days of the boom, they were a really good, and somewhat hard to get stick here in the midwest. have not seen them around these parts for a long time.
I have been given a box of these for review. I smoked one the first day and it was terrible.
A week later, and the potential is rearing its head. I'm going to give it another week and then write the review. I like it. Got a case of the spins going right now.
Decent smoke, especially if you like the Fuente flavor profile (which I do), but I prefer darker wrappers and heavier flavors, so I tend to stick with maduro Fuentes.
My neighbor introduced me to those cigars. They are very very tasty and the price can't be beat. They have the quality construction we've all come to expect from Fuentes. So I can recommend those without hesitation.
