Butler vs Kstate

Wow, I liked Kstate coming into this, but never have I seen a basketball team play more selfishly since watching peewee basketball back in the day. Kstate deserved to lose as they kept taking selfish poor shots, and refused to pass the ball to the guy who was hot:hammersma, because the gaurds wanted to "get theirs"! Ha! no longer am I a Kstate fan, boo to their coach for letting them act like that. They have way more talent, but just goes to show Butler is the better team. Had to vent, as it irked me the wrong way. :angryteet All in all it was a pretty mediocre game. Hope the next one is better.

As a long time kstate fan you bring up some good points about the game......but don't take away from their coach or players. It's hard to hit on all 8 cylinders all the time. It was a great season.

I'm starting to think that Butler has more talent than anyone would have thought... Mid Major great skills just not highly recruited but have sharpened there axes along the way and can take out the 1 and 2 seeds, AMAZING!

kstate's problem was they were worn out. how many chip shots under the basket they missed was unreal. a late double ot game and then the early game today was just too much. one more days rest and the outcome would have been different. but, butler played well enough to win. good defensive team.

I would have hated to be in the K-State locker room after the game, their coach looks like a psycho....he reminded me of Henry Rollins!
