Life has been crazy.
My brother moved out of my parents house for the first time to live in LA a month and a half ago bc his lab moved. 1 week ago he was dx with testicular cancer. He went to surgery on friday and is out doing well. Still waiting on the Pathology report. Sounds like he is going to need some Chemo and radiation.

Sorry to hear that bro but treatment for cancer is getting better by the day and the survival rates as well as quality of life for survivors is on the rise. My father-in-law to be recently had prostate cancer and is now on the mend almost 2 years after treatment he is living a normal, healthy life. The most important thing is to keep morale high. Its very easy for you and your family to get depressed but you have to be strong and always hope for the best.

Good luck to you and your family.

No cancer is a good cancer but if you are stricken with cancer... testicular has one of the highest cure rates. The survival rate approaches 99% in most stages. But, it should remind all of us about doing monthly testicular self examinations. I'm sorry to hear about this.

Sorry it was found but glad to hear he's doing well. That's the important thing. Another BOTL was diagnosed 2 years ago, had surgery and is doing well. My best to him. Be positive.

Just said a prayer for you and your family, Brother. God be with you and give you comfort and peace during this difficult time. I'm glad to hear he's doing well! Keep that hope and don't expect the worse.
