I was doing some "window" shopping when I came across the CAO American. It caught my eye, but the reviews were mixed. Anyone here smoked these, if so what were your opinions?

Thanks,
Dan

I think I have only smoked one. Decent stick but I'd go with other stuff at that price point, but that's just me. Let us know what you think if you end up purchasing.

I had one when they first came out and from what I remember I liked it. I have a couple in my humidor still. Maybe time to revisit again.

Thanks for the quick replies. Most of the negative reviews seem to stem from either bad draw or poor flavor. Anyone have consistent draw issues with this cigar?

Thanks again,
Dan

No draw issues with the Monuments I've tried. I enjoyed them, though I did not think they were as full bodied as promoted.

I did not have any construction or draw issues with this cigar. My only complaint with it is that i found it to be boring. I was only able to distinguish one flavor throughout the entire smoke. Its not a bad smoke, but i would also not rate it a good one. However, many brothers like it, so give it a try, you might enjoy it as well!

I have had a few of them not a bad cigar I give them a B-........I didn't have any burn issues with them. The flavor was just a little off for me but then again I smoked them pretty much as soon as I got them...... should have let them rest for a bit longer.

I've smoked two CAO America cigars (can't recall the vitolas). Much like Tatuaje Guy, I found them to be bitter.

I also experienced major burn problems with both cigars.

I wouldn't recommend them.
