Fellas,

Anyone tried one? Any thoughts?

Jon Huber posted this link to the packaging and had the following to say about the sticks:
[ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m-RdSdyzJWQ"]YouTube - CAO Cuban Press Arrival[/ame]

"Just to clarify, CAO Italia/Brazilia/MX2 Box-Press are a 5 1/2" x 55 vitola, while the new CAO Cuban Press (Italia/Brazilia/MX2/LX2) are 4 7/8" x 50...also, the Cuban Press is more of a traditional ’square-press’ shape."

Thanks for any input!

They should be out to those that want them.

I visited their Nashville HQ this weekend. It is a beautiful place. The Escaparate is awesome! The folks there were extremely gracious and welcoming. I'll post some pictures soon!

Oh, they had the Cuban Press there and the packaging as always is really cool.

Got the box today. Heading out of town for Sister-in-law's wedding. If this makes the travel 'cut' I'll post some thoughts.

The box is very cool and the cigars are quite snug inside their little compartment. CAO packaging is always TOP NOTCH! This is pretty cool looking.

If it's still in the same location that I visited, I drove by it twice before I found it!

I sat down and tried a Cuban Press Mx2 tonight. Tasty smoke...sweet and chocolatey. Some floral notes. Nice.

Short little smoke, but just what the doctor ordered tonight.

Sounds good! Any comparisons to the other MX2 vitolas, or pretty much the same?

At CI they have a few in the store. A buddy of mine bought them at an event in NJ. Wasn't overly impressed with them, said they didn't differ much from the other ones. I passed on the box of them, but I wish they sold them as single to try a few.

At the B&M they were $70 at CI they were $50.

I wish I could compare them for you. I smoked an Mx2 Box Press this weekend at a wedding, but I was hammered drunk. It tasted good to me then. Who knows!
