Car Insurance Question

I think I know the answer to this but I'm not sure and I'm guessing it varies state to state...but...

In Choosing a Personal Injury Protection, under the health insurer option you can choose either the auto insurance company or your primary health insurance company as the first to cover auto accident related medical expenses.

I'm thinking you would want the auto insurance to cover first?

Just looking for some opinions but will also be placing a couple phone calls.

Uh yea... If it is under your auto policy then that will be the first policy hit persey but you will already be using your auto.. 1 deductible sounds better than 2.....

Now granted your personal injury on your auto will have a lower ceiling but I would and do use my health as a secondary insurance measure tiered on top of the auto..
