Casa Fuente sampler?

I received this Casa Fuente sampler as a birthday gift. Two questions:

1) do these need age and how much?
2) are the samplers produced in limited numbers? Looks like this is 19/30 if the back of the box means what I think it does.

They are smoking great now. Just had a CF CG last weekend at Casa Fuente on a quick stopover in Vegas with my daughter. THe samplers are not limited production and are made so people can try the different sizes. Some of the sizes are more of a limited production though.

The codes on the back are not the number of boxes made, but are box codes only.

Id age the smoke with the crazy font, this to me would seem indicative of a particularly specialer blend.
Or maybe just an ol switched out at the QC fabrica fake, imho.

The code is an in-house Fuente code...it basically means nothing helpful to customers according to the Fuentes.

I thought the second number was a year number, based on the production at their DR factory...but apparently, there are some new sticks with what would be an old code. It seems as though the second half of the code MIGHT(my hypothesis) be the year the box was made, according to the Fuentes that code is not when the cigars were packaged.
