cayo santa maria, Cuba

Friends of mine are heading to cayo santa maria, a small island off the west coast of cuba. This friend is a cigar smoker as well but my concern is that the island may not have an LCDH, if this happens to be the case I was wondering if anyone has been or knows of a reputable Habanos dealer on the island?

Inside of Cuba. All cigar stores are LCDH I think. At least in Havana. Without private business there aren't any non government stores in Cuba. He should be fine or at least there willl be something in the airport

I would absoloutely not, under any circumstances, stray from LCDH.
This goes for Cuba, Europe, anywhere.
The risk is just too great with the ease of counterfeiting cigars these days.

You will get offered some on the steets, but they arent real... per say.... definately stick to the LCDH's. Hard to miss as there arent just a ton of shops in Havana and the ones that do exist are the same on every block and are pretty much empty.

Friend already returned last night, I'm still waiting to see if he brought anything back. Hopefully I'll be going in the coming year (to the main land) so just point me in the right direction
