I won a 5 pack of Perdomo Habano Toro Maduro and a 5'er of Pinar del Rio Habano Sun Grown.

Instead of the Pinar del Rio Sun Growns, they sent me a Pinar del Rio Robusto Sampler 5 pack.

I have been using CBid for a couple of months and this is the first issue I have ever had with them.

How do they handle such issues? Should I just keep the sampler or return it and have them send what I won? Is it a hassle returning items?

Thanks.

I have found that Cigar.com and Cbid, despite not always pushing the best cigars (some of their exclusive stuff, which they advertise the crap out of is... well, crap), their customer service is phenomenal. Some of the best, fastest responses I have ever gotten, and they are really good at taking care of their customers. Especially if they made an error.

I once ordered a sampler of T-52's from them, and when they arrived, they had obviously been stored with ACID's for too long, and were HORRIBLY tainted, tasted like infused cigars, smelled awful, I didn't even want them in my cooler. I emailed the sales rep I bought it from, and literally the next day I had a box in my hand with a new sampler, which was perfect, and a pre-printed, pre-paid, shipping sticker, and box to ship the tainted sampler back, with no cost to me.

Their customer service is awesome. I have had trouble with a box of 100 Anos that had mold. I called Tim and told him what happened and he rushed out another box to trade out. Cbid is the same way.
