Chattanooga shops?

Anyone know of a good cigar shop near downtown Chattanooga? I'm heading up there on tues and would like to find a place to hang out for a bit.

Burns has an Avo lounge in their downtown location. Supposed to be good.

I prefer Burns East. The store is laid out better and there is a larger selection.

Burns downtown is located inside of Chattanooga Billiards Club, aka CBC. It stays open much later than the other location near the mall/airport. It is also within walking distance of most of the downtown hotels. The downtown store is much smaller, with a reduced selection, than the one by the mall. The one by the mall is essentially adjacent to the other CBC. A lot of billiards play in TN. Both shops are great. I've spent plenty of time in each of them. The downtown store has a lot of character as it is located inside an old two story building. Visit each one if you have time.

They are actually in the process of expanding the Downtown humidor. It will eventually be moved to the large space next to CBC. It will be awesome once it's completed.

I was just at the downtown location a couple of months ago. I drive through Chattanooga once every six months or so, and it's my go-to place in town. One sad side note about Chattanooga-- the usual place I stay when I go is the Delta Queen riverboat hotel. In nice weather, it was always fantastic to sit on the deck in a rocker, looking out over the river, with a drink and a good cigar. However, this last time I went, they had implemented a new, very strict no-smoking policy everywhere on the boat. This was in response to a fire that broke out on the boat in June when someone flicked a cigarette over the side of the boat from an upper deck, and the wind carried it back onto a lower deck and started a small blaze. They're not taking any chances now, and it's just plain unfortunate...

Burns downtown is a nice location! Moved two doors down from the billiards club. Pretty snazzy place.

Burns... Either location is great. I need to head up & check out the new downtown location.

These guys carry a great selection of boutique stuff as well...
