Don't think they will sell for that price. I've not had one but heard they have not aged well. Was a mild cigar when they came out and only got milder as they aged.

I did some research on these after hearing about them from guys I meet at a HERF. It seems they got bad ratings from about 80% of the people who had them. I am not a Pataga fan however you still have to remember that taste is an idividual cigar quality. I will stay away from these because they are just to expensive to take the risk but that's my beef. As far as selling it on Ebay....don't think it's gonna happen. for $2000. there's alot better cigars you could get! IMHO :cbig:
I've had and loved boxes of these, more when I started out, than today as I like stronger cigars. But still a very flavorful cigar, great in the morning with a cup of Joe. I've still got some, and save them to share with special people who can only handle a very mild cigar. There is also no way I'd pay much more than $10 each for more.
They have gotten weak and more briddle than an old lady. They were pretty good when they 1st came out now they are just way overpriced for what you get
The pictures are a little less than appealing too. The main pic is the stock pic from catalog and the second pic shows a little bit of humidity issues. Look at the lid where it joins box...and also the top tray protector sitting on the side. Either that is just the pattern of the wood or possibly mold/water damage. $2k is a lot of money...but that is a LOT of schticks and prems to boot with humi. Mitch is right...may be a little weak...but worth the 10 beans (if that is not mold). Heard of them a lot...but have never seen a whole humi full. nice piece for a collection for sure!
I actually got one of these smokes from a brother when I first got on the board. I forgot I had it. The cello is all yellow. Once all this rain is done I'll fire it up & do a review.
