I was wondering the same thing... the article did say that one of the hotels in London did "host monthly cigar talks with specially paired drinks," so it sounds like you can just visit the hotel.

It was less clear with the US hotels, which I'm sure we're all interested in.

It is........very gated too. Had to wait for a score card from the Pro Shop at the Gate house as I didn't have a Tee Time. Just wanted to check out the course card....
