Cigar branded lighter

So I have been in the hunt for a nice torch since my birthday is next month. I have narrowed the model to a Prometheus T Triple flame tabletop torch. It's beautiful. A couple finishes caught my eye, especially the god of fire. I haven't smoked any GoF and don't have any waiting in my humidor. Would it be poserish to buy a brand that I haven't smoked just because it looked cool?

If you like it, want it and can afford it, buy it.

No one would have known you hadn't and if they asked/comment on a GoF you could just say you hadn't yet but really dig the design. I don't believe anyone would think any less of you.

dude,the FFoX and GoF branded prometheus are things of beauty. go for it, if you can justify.

hell, tell them it reminded you of a william blake print. it always kinda has to me, at least. o)

While this is true, I guess I needed to hear it from someone else to get the idea over the hump.

And I agree with java, it's just plain beautiful.

I don't smoke Ligas, but I have a Xikar Liga Tabletop lighter. I'd love one of those cool Tat lighters, but $200+ for a lighter is out of my ballpark.

Who cares if you've never smoked one. Don't worry about what others will think and do what YOU want. That's the ultimate way to be genuine and NOT a poser.

If you like the way it looks, then by all means, buy it. I've only smoked two GOFs, and though not a bad cigar, IMHO, not worth even half what I paid.

If you buy the lighter you will prob buy a gof in the near future anyways. Go for it

I agree buy it if you like it!! It probably motivate you to try a GoF more sooner than later.
