Andre was interviewed at the link below, I found his storage answers interesting.
I guess I always assumed brand owners keep plenty of treasure for themselves, how could you not? You know at least your favs...

->
What kind of humidor (and size) do you use for personal storage?
I have a Prometheus that holds around 50 cigars.

How many cigars are in your humidor right now?
I’d say there are about 25 sticks in there.

I dont know anything about his distribution but perhaps he doesnt live too far from where he stores his inventory?

It's really not that odd, Jon Huber said the same thing in a few interviews. I believe that the guys that actually live and breath this every day have a different approach to this "hobby" than some of us do.

" All I’ll say now is the wine industry has used late harvest techniques to make spectacular wine. Now we will have the equivalent for the cigar industry. This is the first I’ve talked about it so there’s your exclusive."

Wow.....wonder where that came from.

I think what I am saying is you birth this thing, blend it, labor over making it just right...then not keep boxes for yourself to enjoy? Just seems out there to me.
Just MO.
